The 2014 Royal Lepage National Sales Conference was actually 2 different meetings rolled into one, the first part of the meeting comprised of over 1000 attendees and speakers, the second phase of the event included 300+ guests in a more intimate setting.
The Quest Audio Visual team deployed 10’x30’ projection screens which were used for PPT and to “PIP” the IMAG camera feed when the meeting room was at full capacity, utilizing our 4mm LED wall as a backdrop. When the number of delegates was reduced for the second part of the conference, the LED wall became the presentation medium itself. Allowing both meetings to happen sequentially, without resets, saved our clients at Royal Lepage both time and money while also maintaining optimal guest engagement
