1000 delegates plus additional speakers
The 2014 Royal LePage National Sales Conference was in fact two meetings rolled into one, the first part of the meeting comprising of one thousand attendees and speakers, the second phase of the event having three hundred guests in a more intimate setting. Two 10’x30’ screens were used for PPT and “PIP” IMAG when when the meeting room was at full capacity with the Microh 4 mm LED wall as a back drop. When the number of delegates was reduced for the second part of the conference, the LED wall became the presentation medium itself. Allowing both meetings to happen sequentially without re-sets saved our clients at Royal LePage both time and money while maintaining optimal guest engagement.
